My Story

5 Sep 2024

Back in 1990 I was just 6 years and my dad was 40 when he passed away. I am the same age now that he was when he lost his life to cancer.

I’ve seen countless loved ones, colleagues, friends & family affected by cancer, and sadly seen too many lives taken by this disease. The worst of these being children who should be living life and not fighting for it!

This October, I am taking part in the Great Cycle Challenge to fight kids' cancer!

I aim to cycle 1200 kilometres over the month and raise funds to support the Children's Medical Research Institute to continue their work into the prevention, diagnosis, treatment and finding a cure for childhood cancer.

Together we can save little lives.
