This October, I am participating in the Great Cycle Challenge to fight kids' cancer—a cause that is deeply personal to me as both a nurse and a cancer survivor. After witnessing firsthand the incredible courage of the children battling this disease in hospitals, I know how crucial it is to support their fight.

Cancer is the leading cause of death from disease among children in Australia. Over 700 children are diagnosed with cancer each year, and tragically, three lives are lost every week.

These kids should be enjoying life, not fighting for it. That's why I'm riding and raising funds to support the Children's Medical Research Institute in their vital work to prevent, diagnose, treat, and ultimately find a cure for childhood cancer.
