My Story

My name is Kayden, and I turn 10 years old this October.

This year marks my 6th year riding to raise funds to help fight childhood cancer. When I was 4 years old, I learnt that cancer doesn't just affect adults, it can affect children too. It made me sad to think that kids my age can spend their days in hospital, undergoing treatment, instead of simply enjoying being kids.

That's why I have made a commitment to use my bike riding to support the Children's Medical Research Institute and the important work they do in preventing, diagnosing, treating and ultimately finding a cure for childhood cancer.

I believe kids should be living life, not fighting for it.

I may be only 10 years old, but every dollar raised can help make a difference for children and families facing cancer.

    A new year, and another pledge to ride to Kick Cancer's Butt! This year marks year 6 of riding legacy. The first week has been written off due to being away for the scout's Cubboree camp so there's a lot of riding to be made up in the next 3 weeks.

    A quick ride of 6km to get off the mark around Lake Ginninderra with little bro in tow. Many more rides to come!
