We had a great time challenging ourselves, having some laughs and seeing a part of this great country.

We all pulled up ok apart from sore butts and some sunburn and no equipment failure. Just a few Maggie's and snakes we had to contend with.

Thanks Daniel Newby David Hayward Tony Matheson !

  • First ride

We successfully accomplished our first 60km ride from Wulkuraka to Lowood and back. The ride was as an excellent first outing ahead of our main (161km) ride on 25th October. The weather conditions were warm, with temperatures reaching 35 degrees. Although some riders have sore legs and butts, our overall performance was good !

Please donate to this great cause.

    Thanks Brett

  • Our story
    15 Sep 2024

Our family faces similar challenges to those of families with children with cancer. Our 14-year-old daughter has Pallister-Killian syndrome, which results in an intellectual disability and epilepsy. She is non-verbal, non-toilet trained, and requires round-the-clock care due to the nocturnal nature of 99% of her seizures.

As a family, we understand the worries and concerns that come with caring for a child with a serious illness. We know the importance of providing the best possible care and ensuring a brighter future for our daughter.

By supporting my fundraising challenge, you can help us give children with cancer the brighter futures they deserve. Together, we can make a difference in the lives of these children and their families.

    Thank you for your support.
