About the ride. This is what I call the #LoopdeLoop enter the city via one train line route and exit via another whilst looping the swan river twice. It is my go to route for when I am pressed to catch up on distance cycled.
During the rebuild works on the bike Aldo and I decided we would give the bike a named, so we name her #Vita which means life in Italian; we gave the bike a new life.
The bike felt good, my ride positioning was good due to having done the bike fit. The body whinged here and there but I managed that through controlled pace.
So far happy with my recovery ride and will see how we go on other rides.
