GCC26-2

Ride #2 - done and dusted.

What was originally anticipated as being a "hill" run to clock up some kms turned into a 10hr stint in saddle.

Definitely some "hills" but the added bonus of an annoying headwind with just enough "oomph" to break my pedalling rhythm.

Another anomaly was the accidental activation of the phones AI assistant - no idea "how" Gemini got turned on but between "it's" navigation AND my navigation I spent nearly an hour checking out the Noosa Golf Club and it's surrounds - frustrating, to say the least.

However, with some guidance from my darling wife, Debbie - I eventually got back on track.

The bike paths in Noosa provided the escape route and are quite scenic.

Finally, out on the bike after some infuriating delays (long weekend = unsafe riding, waterproofing the cottage floor, a day lost to the public hospital = Debbie not me & bad weather) it was good (a little hard on certain body parts. Lol!) and the weather was temperamental.

A public acknowledgement for my team mate (grandson - Hayden) on his efforts so far in the GCC26. A very proud Granddad.
