2025 Challenge complete ✅

I have completed my 8th year of this challenge and rode 416 km. So far I've raised $1903 but I hope to raise more! It's not too late to donate & all donations over $2 are tax deductible. To the terrific people who have donated, you keep me going through the wind, rain 🌧️ and up those gruelling hills! I slog on as you gave up your hard earned money for thche goal of a cure for children's cancer.

Well I am nearing the end of my Great Cycle Challenge. Only 15 km to go which l hopefully will complete tomorrow!

I have battled howling winds, driving rain 🌧️ A sure butt and my legs screaming but it's always worth it. I ride in memory of my beautiful Mum who died of cancer less than 3 months after her diagnosis. I still miss her and hope no one ever has to go through that pain!

Hence riding to help find a cure for children's cancer as l can't imagine hearing a child has cancer!

I have raised $1,903. ($8 yet to submit) I'm very proud of my contribution especially with a sick family member, so multiple days where l couldn't ride.

Those who donate are the selfless angels, so thankyou from the bottom of my heart

I have raised 1,903

Port Fairy Rail Trail

I have ridden 52 km on the Port Fairy Rail Trail and backed it up with another 9km when I got home. Making it my biggest day to ride so far. All rugged up as it has been cold on the bike.

I am now 252 km in and on track to reach my goal of 400km for the month of October!

I have ridden 111 km in 7 days!
