My Story

This October, I am taking part in the Great Cycle Challenge to fight kids' cancer!

Because cancer is the largest single killer of children from disease in Australia. Right now, 90 children are diagnosed every month, and sadly, 3 die every week.

Kids should be living life, not fighting for it.

And so I am riding and raising funds to support the Children's Medical Research Institute to continue their work into the prevention, diagnosis, treatment and finding a cure for childhood cancer.

Please support my challenge by making a donation through my fundraising page to give these kids the brighter futures they deserve.

    New gadget arrived this week. I’ve upgraded the light and camera on the front of my bike. From the first generation Cycliq Fly12 to the latest version.

    From 720p video to 4K with HDR and image stabilisation. Big improvement and a brighter light.

    Cycliq Fly 12

    This trusty old workhorse has been replaced with the Cycliq Fly 12 Sport, but I'm still running this old model. It's a front headlight, as well as video camera with crash detection, and Strava overlays. USB and Bluetooth connectivity.
