I'm Riding For

Dominic James Power & Graham Davies

Dominic James Power & Graham Davies

My beautiful nephew died in 2003 of what started out as non-Hodgkin's lymphoma that was followed by acute lymphoblastic leukaemia. He was an amazing kid and would have been an amazing adult. I am doing this ride in memory of him.

My Story

3 Aug 2026

This October, I am taking part in the Great Cycle Challenge to fight kids' cancer!

Because cancer is the largest single killer of children from disease in Australia. Right now, 90 children are diagnosed every month, and sadly, 3 die every week.

Kids should be living life, not fighting for it.

And so I am riding and raising funds to support the Children's Medical Research Institute to continue their work into the prevention, diagnosis, treatment and finding a cure for childhood cancer.

Please support my challenge by making a donation through my fundraising page to give these kids the brighter futures they deserve.

Together, we can save little lives.

Thanks for your support.

“Thank you so much, Paul. As you know, your generous sponsorship helps me to push on and keep pedalling despite the ongoing back/hips issues; I can use my own physical pain to reflect on the children & young people (& adults) affected by cancer. Research into childhood cancers is also beneficial to the body of research evidence into cancers overall. x”

“Thank you, Ken, for your kind donation. It's much appreciated - especially as this year I'm dealing with some hip issues. (Having said that, cycling is better than walking for pain). So I'll pedal on for as long as I'm able. I hope all's well with you x”
